Morningstar’s Story
Ryan began to chase his dream of becoming a chiropractor at Indiana State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Brittney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Shortly after graduation from Indiana State University, Dr. Ryan and Brittney were married in Elkhart, Indiana on June 20th, 2009. They then moved to Davenport, Iowa as Dr. Ryan was accepted into the doctorate program at Palmer College of Chiropractic and Brittney was able to serve as an ICU nurse. Two years in Iowa, they welcomed their first child, Emma!
At Palmer, Dr. Ryan was actively engaged in the Gonstead Club and the Gonstead Seminars. He was also blessed with the opportunity to go on a chiropractic clinic abroad trip to Manaus, Brazil. He spent 2 weeks educating and adjusting under privileged families in Manaus, Brazil. It was during this time that Dr. Ryan really understood the power of a specific, scientific chiropractic adjustment. He saw over 300 patients, most of them being young children.
Dr. Ryan not only excelled in school, but was able to be a loving husband to his wife Brittney and father to their daughter, Emma. He moved his family back to the Mishawaka after graduation at Palmer College of Chiropractic to do an internship with an amazing doctor of chiropractic in Warsaw, Indiana. During his time in the office, Dr. Ryan worked first hand on practice members with conditions like multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, sciatica, migraines, fibromyalgia, sinusitis and arthritis. He also had the opportunity to watch many children benefit from chiropractic care with health issues like autism, A.D.H.D., colic, bed wetting and ear infections.
Dr. Ryan and Brittney opened Above All Chiropractic Center in 2014. They also welcomed their 2nd daughter Molly to the mix in 2014 and have been serving the Mishawaka area ever since.

Ryan is extremely excited to have the opportunity to serve the people of his community. It is his mission to serve the people of the Michiana area by optimizing one’s God given potential through the vehicle of principled chiropractic care!
Dr. Ryan knew from a young age that it was his purpose in life to help people heal and function the way they were designed to. He began seeing a chiropractor as a young boy with low back pain and neck stiffness. Ryan experienced amazing results while seeing his chiropractor regularly and it wasn’t long before he realized that he wanted to be a chiropractor when he got older.
Brittney Morningstar Office Manager, RN
Brittney graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Indiana State University and then served as an ICU nurse during their time in Iowa. In Iowa Brittney began chiropractic care as she suffered from severe migraines that interfered with her daily activities. She found herself taking pills almost every day to deal with the pain of the migraines. Brittney soon found out that with specific, scientific chiropractic care, she was able to get at the root cause of the migraine and not just mask the pain. She even continued her chiropractic care for the full duration of her pregnancy, providing a smooth delivery process and an easy recovery.
